This article reports the results of a study of the experiences and uses of mediation among Florida family law attorneys. Questionnaires were sent to 500 members of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. The results indicate that a majority of attorneys who were originally forced into using mediation perceive a great number of benefits in the process.
